ahNgee 2008

ahNgee must have grown up.
anyway its about time too~ (^.^)

ahNgee's lucky
she still possess the passion and optimism to life
her love for music, friendship, laughter and simple joys of life.
still childish, playful, naughty, naive, blurr, wols, lazy, the list goes on...

she's been through highs and lows ever since a long time ago.
looking back it seems like a real fun roller coaster ride.
the ride ahead seems uncertain, but... ahwell, life goes on doesnt it?

she can still remember the time Mrs Tay told her:
" what is yours will be yours, fight for it, have no regrets.
if it has to go, it will leave you
if its meant to be yours to keep, it will return no matter what."
she'd lost her art piece then and was devastated, no mood for class.
ever since then, she's grown up a little become a little happier.

then Mdm Lau came along:
" Attitude Attitude Attitude! Give Quality not Quantity! Initiative!"
It was the best years of her life!
Finally she felt real, that she's someone. and a useful someone.
she did well in school, never thought it could happen to her.
it was surreal.

Ms Choong came along and gave her some directions
there were too many things to remember. the highlight was
" confidence, courage, concentration "
" live life the way YOU want it, not the way he/she sees it for you"
" its okay to be who you are. Be a little more 'me' and a lot less 'we' "
It was hard, she has too much pride unfortunately.
the two years was horrible, her world crashed like stock during recession.
Ms Choong never gave up, but sucess was never meant to be.

She got her driving licence, NROC registered.
time to start afresh.

Sales team with Vmax, she learnt alot, felt useful again.
O&G-oncology was even better, larning curve was exponential.
she felt old. really worn-out. lost her energy, her drive.
school was okay, but not fantastic.
she can do better. she knows it. she's just too lazy.

Uncle describe her with he's ball theory. he's right.
another Uncle calls her he's brother. he's right too.
another Uncle ask her to find herself an angmo, marry off and stop bothering him.
nah, this uncle's a 'birdman', life's boring without their crap.
another Uncle calls himself her god-brother, keeps assuring her that cupid hasn't missed her.
lol, yea she knows, and she's glad she's got this gorgor to keep.

She didnt have the courage when she had the chance in primary school,
now its just really really close friends. so close he said
" its been a long time since u had the sweaty me hor? come baobao!!"
she hopes he'll continue to dance...
She didnt think it was possible in secondary school,
now she doesn't know where he is.
She thought it was mutual in junior college,
she was dreaming, so reality gave her hugh scars to remember.
She thought it was mutual now, she must be mad! nothing to do with courage.
lol~ shes reading too deep between the lines.
but hey! she finally learnt what it means to be happy for someone(s) else.

she's always been really clueless about herself.
her friends know more about her than herself!!
now, she's trying to know herself more. its really difficult.....
she knows now that she loves
-the beaches
-singing, swimming, singing, swimming, ah eating, ehh driving!
-live performances, music, laughter with a trace (okay maybe a little more) booze
-lotsa company, chitchat, gossip
-dim corners, wooden tables and chairs, and a nice cuppa laced with chocolate (what else?!)
-walking down a lonely lane in a cool, dark, windy night.
-binge on jellies, drink ice water in her pajamas when she needs some sort of comfort from food.
-tries to grab that attention of a certain few uncles when she's lonely and needs company desperately. (always think too much... dont want to piss the gfs off mah..)
-talk non-stop and the volume increases... oops!

theres so much she has on her mind, its gonna be real draggy...
anyway she's got such a short-termed memory span that she cant remember most of the things she has on her mind as she type~ maybe next year she'll remember....... till then
